First, we get to know you. After reviewing your intake form, we may ask a few follow-up questions about your life story, spiritual background, and personal goals. This helps us shape an approach tailored to who you are. Secondly, we map out a path together. We’ll gently explore your concerns—whether it’s anxiety, family pressures, or spiritual disconnection—and begin designing a plan that respects your comfort level and invites Allah’s guidance. There’s no rush; we move at the pace that feels right for you.
A secure, compassionate space. You’ll be encouraged to open up at a pace you’re comfortable with. Evidence-based techniques frame our sessions, but we always center them in empathy and faith. Together, we identify stress points, discuss coping strategies, and trust in Allah to bring ease. As you feel more comfortable sharing, your counselor will refine your plan, offering new insights and adjusting techniques. Our focus is on nurturing hope and connection so that you gradually build confidence and resilience, Inshallah.
Allow yourself to be gently guided. You don’t need to have a clear list of goals upfront. Your counselor will help you discover what matters most—be it reducing stress, seeking spiritual clarity, or improving relationships—while reminding you to rely on Allah ﷻ for strength. Over time, you may feel more at ease discussing deeper emotions. This journey is yours to shape, with a caring professional by your side, ready to adapt as you learn what resonates best. Finally, real change takes patience and trust in Allah’s power. Consistent sessions, small steps in daily life, and sincere du’a often lead to meaningful transformations, Inshallah. We understand mental health is personal. If you ever feel a mismatch, simply switch to another Muslim counselor—no fuss. Our network has professionals with diverse qualifications, ensuring you find the right fit.
Professional, faith-aligned support is just $50/week (billed every 4 weeks = $200/month) for our first 10 clients. Each subscription includes a weekly live session and up to 20 messages per month with your counselor. After the initial ten spots are filled, our Essential Plan will be $300/month. If counseling isn’t affordable, we’re developing a zakat-based option to support those in need.
Absolutely. You can manage your membership, switch counselors, or cancel anytime from your Account Settings—no hidden fees, no long-term contracts.
Yes, our service is designed to be fully compliant with Islamic principles. We carefully vet our counselors to ensure they have a deep understanding of Islamic values and practices. Our approach integrates modern psychological techniques with Islamic teachings, providing support that aligns with your faith. We avoid practices that might conflict with Islamic beliefs and instead focus on methods that complement and enhance your spiritual journey.
